項(xiàng)目是新加坡鵬瑞利集團(tuán)參照全球第一個(gè)專為阿爾茲海默癥老人建立的溫暖照護(hù)小鎮(zhèn)“荷蘭霍格威小鎮(zhèn)”，

及“法國阿爾茲海默癥生活村”為藍(lán)本，按國際前沿要求，

以記憶中小鎮(zhèn)生活場景結(jié)合阿爾茨海默癥專業(yè)照護(hù)為優(yōu)勢，

以五星級(jí)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)、二級(jí)康復(fù)專科醫(yī)院標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)置，

構(gòu)建一個(gè)國際化“醫(yī)、研、康、療、護(hù)、樂”六位一體的中國首個(gè)阿爾茲海默小鎮(zhèn)項(xiàng)目。

The project is the first Alzheimer's characteristic town built by Singapore pengruili group. 

It will be based in Xi'an, radiate to the West and face the whole country to build an international, 

humanized, diversified and social Alzheimer's town.

項(xiàng)目位于秦嶺下，西安樓觀生態(tài)文化度假區(qū)游景區(qū)內(nèi)，山體色彩斑斕、

錯(cuò)落有致，湖光山色相印成趣，具有得天獨(dú)厚的自然景觀！

Located in the scenic area of Xi'an Louguan ecological and cultural resort, 

the natural resource landscape is good.

阿爾茲海默癥患者很難保有短期記憶，卻時(shí)常對(duì)過往經(jīng)歷記憶猶新，

科圖在空間設(shè)計(jì)中融入懷舊風(fēng)格，

讓環(huán)境帶有記憶的味道，希望能通過建筑的力量，給老人熟悉的感覺，

喚起老人美好的記憶，使之精神愉悅！

It is hoped that through the power of architecture, 

it can give the old people a familiar feeling, 

arouse the old people's good memory and make them happy.

傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代靈魂的碰撞，簡約整潔，質(zhì)樸中透出優(yōu)雅，致敬西安這片千古文藝盛地：

空間設(shè)計(jì)以五感療法：色彩療法、聲療法、手感療法、芳香療法、食療法為基調(diào)，

結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐膫鹘y(tǒng)文化和自然環(huán)境為靈感原色，

延續(xù)并借以“人文、建筑、山、水”為表達(dá)媒介，將靈動(dòng)的藝術(shù)美學(xué)傾注于空間，

傳達(dá)文化與環(huán)境的融會(huì)貫通。景觀設(shè)計(jì)基于建筑風(fēng)格，

將唐代美學(xué)運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代手法演繹，通過季相豐富的植物景觀，增強(qiáng)長者康復(fù)訓(xùn)練認(rèn)知記憶。

The collision between tradition and modern soul, 

simple and neat, elegant in simplicity, 

pays tribute to Xi'an, a prosperous place of literature and art through the ages.

項(xiàng)目原為政府辦公用房，科圖將采用最擅長的“一體化設(shè)計(jì)”模式來全面打造，

現(xiàn)已進(jìn)入實(shí)施階段 ，讓我們拭目以待，期盼投運(yùn)后的效果吧！
